Jillian, an experienced Yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance, has over a decade of teaching experience. Moreover, Yoga contributes to increased lung capacity and a more serene mental state. The following details pertain to the class: Venue - St Aidans Community Centre, located at Cnr Mary St and Clifton St, Byford. Time - 6:00 PM - 7:15 PM. Please ensure arrival 10 minutes prior to the class commencement. Day - Monday evenings. Cost - $20 casual or $150 for a 10-class pass. Accepted payment methods - Cash or EFTPOS.
