A huge thank you to everyone who supported this year's The Salvation Army WA Winter Appeal.

Thanks to the generosity of our clients, community and team, we were able to collect a wonderful range of donations to help people doing it tough this winter. Every sleeping bag, blanket, jacket and essential item donated will make a real difference.

One of the highlights this year was a resident along Terrace Road who hand-knitted an entire bag full of beanies especially for the appeal. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a wonderful reminder of how generous our community truly is.

We also have residents popping into our office throughout the year asking when we'll be running the Winter Appeal again, which says so much about the incredible community we've built around us. We love seeing everyone come together each year to support such an important cause.

We're proud to have been part of this fantastic initiative alongside REIWA and grateful to everyone who took the time to contribute.

It was a fantastic afternoon to step away from the office, enjoy some friendly competition and reflect on everything we've achieved together over the past 12 months.

What does the future of real estate look like?

Our team spent the day at REIWA INNOVATE 2026 exploring how artificial intelligence and emerging technology are changing the way our industry works. From improving efficiency to enhancing the client experience, it was an insightful day filled with practical ideas and valuable conversations.

The biggest takeaway? While technology will continue to evolve, trust, local expertise and genuine relationships will always be the foundation of great real estate.
