Cathay Pacific are refusing to refund a booking that was created using one of their promotional codes. The booking has us returning to Perth 3 days before the offer in their promotion starts, So we have no opportunity to enjoy the benefits of the offer made to us, undert hat booking. I have already made another booking with them that has correct dates that now capture their offer, but they refuse to refund the original booking made. There is currently over 30 days before travel and AU$7K+ involved.

Temps, pressures all good, inspection completed, paperwork completed
