How come residents in WA aren’t allowed to make any disturbance before 8am or after 11am but it’s ok for the government Transperth Main Roads Western Australia to hire contractors to just bowl up at 10pm and make earth shattering noise all night lwhenever they feel like it without giving notice to the residents who they are affecting? One set of rules for the taxpayers, another for those in power. Hypocrites.

They are more than happy to our tourism dollars and promote the island as a wildlife haven to animal lovers - as well as take the money donated to help the koalas injured by the bushfires - yet their council allows this cruel behaviour toward one of their tourism features to occur??, Thank you for exposing this unfathomable animal cruelty. This will go worldwide and there will be immense repercussions of this for tourism operators on KI - one of the islands main industries. Whether it’s for the concern for the animals or their source of income, businesses need to do something to stop this or your tourists like me - will stop coming and will tell others not to support this hypocrisy either.
