The CDI team is thrilled to celebrate the completion of the new and exciting greenspace, Waalbiirniny Waabiny Boodja, at the Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH). The team has worked extremely hard to bring to life the nature-style play area, providing an engaging environment for patients, their families and hospital staff to have some much-needed respite from the stress and struggles of being in the hospital.

This wonderful new space features a meandering discovery pathway, accessible play equipment, several play areas, new tables and seating, with project highlights such as the snakeskin arbour structure and artwork created by local Aboriginal artists.

It has been a privilege to deliver this amazing, once-in-a-lifetime project for the in partnership with BGIS, Hassell and QEII Medical Centre. A special thanks to our fantastic subcontractors who gave 100% day in and day out to ensure this project met every budget, deadline and challenge thrown our way.

For the 4th year running, CDI are proud to be sponsoring our wonderful IT support team at New Era Technology for Life Cycle 2024!

Life Cycle 2024 will raise awareness and much needed funds for the amazing people at Canteen, in their support of young people living with cancer.
The dedicated team will ride from Bassendean to Busselton from March 9th - 11th.

Italian cuisine with a contemporary Asian twist….we are in!
CDI Group recently completed the refurbishment of Lygon Lane, a new and exciting venture from the Miss Chows group.
The works included harnessing the existing landscape of the building, removing the plaster to reveal the original brick wall. New joinery, flooring, furniture and the feature vaulted ceiling creates a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The team extended the footprint of the restaurant to incorporate an enclosed alfresco area. The kitchen was fully refurbished, involving new benches with integrated services and large walk in cool room.
It was a great effort by our subcontractor base and a pleasure partnering with Mata Design Studio to deliver this project.

Who’s feeling hungry?? Lena's is now open after CDI Group completed the refurbishment of the 240 SGT venue. Serving up a feast of Asian infused flavours and array of cold drinks, the relaxed venue is inspired by owner, Jacquie Chan’s family legacy.
The venue underwent a “facelift” with the aim to create a warm and welcoming feel for diners, with new finishes throughout the facility. This included new joinery, lighting, services upgrades, painting, furniture and BOH works.
Having sampled the food and friendly service, the CDI team are extremely proud to have delivered this fantastic project for our client and look forward to experiencing the venue for many years to come. Thanks to our fabulous subcontractor base and Mata Design Studio in partnering with CDI to deliver this project.
