After my dad died, I felt like I’d lost my spark to make music. When people asked, I’d make up an excuse that I was too busy taking my son to football 4 days a week, but truthfully, I was just shook to lock back in

Watching him train/play through the highs, lows, wins & losses taught me a lot. I watched him grow. He kept showing up, learning & progressing. That reminded me that consistency, resilience & endurance are what really build you.

That’s where Match Fitness came from. Back to the drawing board. Sharpening my sword & getting back in my bag..
