Major defect rectification and mains upgrade completed for a strata complex in Mount Lawley.

5 other electricians had been contacted and turned it down because it was too complex, too large, or didn’t have the capacity to take it on.

Western Power disconnected the entire apartment complex due to unsafe and deteriorated overhead Consumer Mains with exposed live conductors.

We carried out a full upgrade including relocation of the overhead point of attachment, new 3-phase Consumer Mains, switchboard modifications, protection upgrades, and full compliance works to bring the entire installation up to current standards.

Tested, certified, and successfully reconnected.

Temporary site power for a builder in Bayswater ⚡️👷🏻‍♂️

With the original house being demolished 🏚️ we relocated the existing overhead mains onto a new consumer pole at the front of the property and connected site power to the network to get the build underway 🛠️🏗️
Once the new home is ready, we’ll be back to install underground mains and remove the temporary supply and pole 🏡
