Lease Equity’s Look Back In Time: Scarborough Esplanade
Scarborough’s Esplanade has been part of Perth’s coastal identity for more than a century. Originally developed in the early 1900s as a beachfront promenade, it continues to evolve alongside the city and the way people use hospitality and retail spaces.
Today, Lease Equity leases and manages a number of key properties across the precinct, including Luna, Rendezvous Hotel and The Lookout. We were also involved in the successful sale of the Grill’d site.
Precincts like Scarborough rely on more than strong locations. Long term performance comes from the right mix of operators, active management and spaces that keep people engaged well beyond a single visit.
It’s rewarding to be part of a precinct that continues to grow while staying connected to the character that has made Scarborough one of Perth’s most recognisable coastal destinations.
