Zorzi are extremely proud to share that we were awarded 2024 WA Home of the Year at the WA HIA State Housing Awards held on 29th November. It is very humbling to be judged and recognised by our peers in the building industry and .hia_au especially given the exceptional standard of building and design in this state. Our home Dalkeith W59 won this award along with WA Custom Home of the Year and our in-house architecture practice won the top award for WA Residential Design of the Year.

We are very proud to share the news that our home “Dalkeith W59” won Perth Home of the Year at last night’s HIA Perth Housing Awards.
This is the top honour that can be bestowed as the overall winner from all categories.
Additionally this home also won:
- The John Pietersen Award for Custom Built Home of the Year
- Best Custom Home $3.5m and over
- Residential Design of the Year
And was a finalist for Interior Design of the Year
