Memories from other lifetimes can hinder us greatly in this lifetime. We have a tendency to protect ourselves from experiencing the same things, if it's been painful for us - which results in habits and behaviours, like control, that work as strategies. Those habits then takes up the space, blocking us from healing our memories and seeing the benefits of what higher vibrations can do.
