Our inner world is often a dance of light and shadow and part of any journey of change is accepting it is part of who we are.
We can fall into the trap of self judgement, and go to war with ourselves. Seeking to defeat our shadow, only to deepen our pain and shame.
Self-acceptance is a committment of support as we learn more deeply about ourselves.

When we begin to pause to reflect on what is taking place for us, we move from projecting to looking within.
The power of looking within is we begin to identify what is influence this action, and we start to see what we can shift to experience life differently.
Working through the stories that limit our thinking, engage with our emotional experience and understand the body's part in our life - helps us to understand and process those influences and impact upon our lives.
As we move through this transitional space, we begin to accept the current reality and make conscious decisions on what we would like to be different.
This changes our action of projection and allows us to accept ourselves, and experience a greater degree of inner peace.
