🚧 Road closure 🚧

Part of South Coast Highway is closed after a large loader fell off the back of a truck near Wellstead, blocking the road.

The road is closed between Borden Bremer Bay Road and Kojaneerup West Road.

A detour is in place via Kojaneerup West Road to Chillinup Road to Chester Pass to Border Bremer Bay Road.

The detour will remain in place until the loader has been removed, with the owner of the loader arranging a crane from Albany to move the machine.

The driver is unharmed.
