✖️Fyrai Kitchen✖️ If you are looking for some great authentic Malaysian/Singapore food and fusion dishes, you have to check out @fyraikitchen in Perth 🤤 . We were invited to check out their menu and had the following: ✖️Cheeseburger spring rolls - omg these were so addicting! 10 of these please! ✖️Fried chicken with vegemite soy sauce - this was one of our favourite dishes! The chicken was so juicy and tender on the inside and the skin was honey-like and crispy 🤤 ✖️Chicken nasi goreng special fried rice - we loved that hit of spice 🌶️ ✖️Sweet and sour pork stir-fry set (this is always Jacob’s go-to dish) ✖️Chicken curry laksa noodles (Special available on Fridays and Saturdays only) - this is the most authentic curry laksa i have tasted in Perth 🤤 I would go back just to have this again. . There's a new FRIED RICE specialist restaurant @fyraikitchen that's opened up in the CBD. Yes you heard that right - This new eatery specialises in fried rice and fried chicken with over 14 types of fried rice dishes to choose from 🍚🍗🔥🔥 Plus they do one of my all time fav Chinese desserts - FRIED ICECREAM 😍 One to add to the must try list next time you are in the CBD! Chef Kent, the passionate culinary artist behind Fyrai Kitchen, has an extensive and rich background in Asian and Western cuisine. Growing up in Malaysia, Chef Kent began honing his culinary skills at the age of 14. Over the past 23 years, he has mastered both classic and modern cooking techniques, making him a versatile and innovative chef.

After completing his Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management in Perth, Chef Kent has held head chef positions at renowned establishments such as Slate Cafe and Mary Street Bakery. His journey continued at Rockpool Bar & Grill, where he served as a Chef de Partie for six years, further perfecting his expertise.

Chef Kent's culinary vision led him to the creation of Fyrai Kitchen, Perth's first and only fried rice concept restaurant. His extensive experience with diverse ingredients have equipped him to develop and implement innovative menus that prioritise guest satisfaction. Fyrai Kitchen promises a unique dining experience, showcasing Chef Kent's passion for Asian and fusion cuisine, and bringing a new, exciting flavour to Perth's food scene.
