Bike we sold in 1990 was back in for repairs this week an old Repco Tracer .. the bike is getting a little tired but it got a new drive chain this visit to keep it going ...I asked the customer if it was a 1988 vintage and he said he bought it in 1990 for his then 13 year old son's birthday and then went on to tell me at the age of 14 his son during a sports class dropped dead at school of an undiagnosed condition ...roll on 35 years and dad is still using the bike to ride around town and his son would be almost 50 today if he was alive today :( 😢....
