This lady been using box dye and wanting to go lighter because of her grey coming through having to colour her roots every two weeks! Box dye is a very hard colour to remove so had to strip it first then foiled and coloured her roots to lighter shade. This is a process if you want healthy hair. Next session will go lighter again.
