Another milestone nearly complete for GMF Civil as Capricorn Stage CN01C approaches handover, while works continue in the background on Stage CN05, delivering an additional 11 lots for our valued client👏👏

With multiple stages successfully completed in the area, the ongoing repeat work reflects GMF Civil’s commitment to quality workmanship, reliability, and consistently delivering on target dates.

GMF Civil have hit the ground running, with bulk earthworks and sewer works now nearing completion. Not your standard project—navigating a high water table, deep sewer connections, and working alongside existing services and public access has kept the team on their toes.
