Sometimes life is just so much sweeter with simple pleasures. Tonight I have made a 2 ingredient buckwheat bread. There is honestly nothing nicer than the taste of fresh, hot bread. Especially when it's do good for you.

Except tonight, I put sardines soaked on rosemary oil on top. Have to oil my body with omega 3's!

Not everyone's cup of tea, but how nice to do something nurturing.
