The Australian Communist party is pleased to announce a series of illustrated presentations tracing the fascinating and inspiring history of the Communist movement in Australia. This decade-by-decade examination is a contribution by the ACP to the commemoration of the centenary the founding of the original Communist Party in Australia on the 30th of October 1920.

The sessions will set the development of the original Communist Party in its Australian and international context and highlight the bold actions that earned the movement its prominent place in the history of the country. They will delve into the reasons for the highs and lows of that history and the need to revive the movement in the interests of the working class currently under intensified ruling class assault.
