Often when we give our energy to things which don't serve us, we are doing it in an attempt to satisfy a depper need.

It's important to pay close attention to what drains you and what energises you as it can give you valuable information about your wounds and patterns that may need tending to.

Things to stop giving your attention to:
▪️One-sided relationships
▪️Solving problems that aren't yours to solve
▪️People who don't support you
▪️Trying to meet everyone's expectations
▪️Feeling responsible for other people's actions or feelings

Once we bring more awareness to how we feel in each moment we can choose to let go of the things that do not serve us & start noticing what old wounds and patterns are calling out for attention.

Doing this immediately brings more space and energy for the things in our life that matter most 💕
