One simple cue of “heels to butt” changed Zac’s sprint form within 10 minutes. Even though I was only focusing on one area, it automatically allowed for knee drive and stride to improve . As well as this, correct form allows for the right muscles to be engaged to put forward more power with each stride 25/10/2023
