Cement-rendered walls can’t be dry completely between 24-72 hours even on the hottest Perth summer days.

How long time will take to dry???
Depends on a lot of circumstances;
First of all: the season; is summer or winter? cold or hot weather, temperatures, moisture- raining period, humidity, close to river/ocean, and the thickness of the rendered coat.
