Our Teen Strength & Conditioning Group Classes help growing athletes build strength, coordination, and confidence — safely and correctly.

Led by qualified physiotherapists, each session is designed specifically for teens and focuses on:

• Building strength, speed, and power for sport
• Learning correct technique early (before bad habits form)
• Reducing injury risk during growth spurts
• Developing confidence and lifelong exercise habits

Whether your teen is new to training or already competing, this is a safe, supportive, and age-appropriate environment to help them move better and feel stronger.

Our Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and General Manager, Samy Boutros, kicked off WA Health Group’s contribution to CHEL (Community Health, Education & Leadership) earlier this week by delivering our first session with 4th year Curtin Physiotherapy students for 2026.
