Two days. One leadership team. Plenty of honest conversations.

Recently, we had the privilege of working with the Americas leadership team at Lycopodium as they reflected on what leadership, culture and collaboration need to look like to support the next phase of growth.

The discussions were candid, practical and future-focused, resulting in clear priorities and actions to strengthen alignment, decision-making and organisational effectiveness at scale.

Growth is exciting. Leading through it well is where the real work begins.

Spent the day in Northam with the team at

Wheatbelt NRM works across landcare, agriculture, sustainability and community outcomes throughout regional WA. The kind of work that relies heavily on trust, communication and strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.

ACP was invited in to facilitate a whole-of-organisation workshop focused on strengthening collaboration, communication, psychological safety and “One NRM” ways of working.

One of the strongest insights from the room?

Culture isn’t built in big moments.
It’s built in the everyday stuff.

Saying good morning.
Checking in.
Following through.
Acknowledging others.
Talking early instead of emailing late.
