CARPENTER WANTED ASAP!
Work around the East and South East Suburbs
$35 - $45 per hour + super (depending on experience)
Work vehicle included + fuel
TOP 2 BOTTOM BUILDING SERVICES is seeking a carpenter for residential projects in Perth and surrounding suburbs to commence immediately. Work includes residential sites in steel frame housing and insurance work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
-Read and interpret plans and specifications.
-Complete builds as necessary to meet schedules.
-Lead by example and provide support and mentorship to apprentices.
-Erect light weight steel wall frames and roof trusses.
-Installation of windows and door frames, cladding, exterior wall claddings, construct eaves, installation of fascia and various other carpentry tasks.
-Undertake maintenance and repair work as required.
-May be required to attend make-safes
THE IDEA CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
-Trade qualification/experience in Carpentry/Steel Framing
-Construction White Card
-High personal regard for Workplace OH&S for themselves and others on-site
-Own tools
-High attention to detail and finishing work
-Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
