HSS Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Excavator Operators to join a well-established civil contractor on a long-term Pilbara project.

If you're confident operating GPS-equipped excavators, have strong final trim experience, and enjoy civil construction work, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

What’s on offer:
• 2:1 FIFO roster
• Long-term project with ongoing work available
• Camp accommodation provided
• 11.5 paid hours per day
• Paid travel on your day home
• $47–$50/hr + penalties, depending on experience and site assessment
• Immediate starts available

You'll be working on culvert extensions and civil construction projects, operating a range of tracked and wheeled excavators while delivering accurate GPS-guided excavation and final trim work.

We are seeking operators with experience on 14–50T excavators, strong final trim capability, and a background in pipeline or civil construction. Experience with Leica GPS systems and Rio Tinto inductions will be highly regarded.
