Let’s boogie on back to the Boom Town d-floor with Gorillas in the mix’ set!

Boom Town Nod To The 80s This is the set we played at the latest Puff Party, BoomTown, a 1980s themed event of excess and extravagance. All the usual GITM genre blending, with a nod to the music of the 80s. Enjoy!

💥BOOM TOWN ARTIST DROP #12: GENN’ED💥

About two years ago, Laura discovered her passion for creating temporary Jagua tattoos. Jagua tattoos are temporary and last up to 14 days. Made from 100% natural, fruit-based Jagua gel, they stain the skin and resemble real tattoos. Jagua art is not common in Australia, yet the audience for it exists here - where tattoo culture is widely accepted and self-expression extends beyond paper to the canvas of skin.

GENN’ED, inspired by the scientific name of the Jagua fruit, Genipa americana, is a brand championed through creativity, culture and self-expression. People look to *get* GENN’ED, for a fleeting realistic tattoo on their skin and to explore their creativity and self-expression.

Come find Laura on Saturday for a tattoo perfect for those with commitment issues or who just like to try before they cry ♠️

💥BOOM TOWN ARTIST DROP #9: MEL FOSTER and GEM TAYLOR💥

MEL is a quintessential Western Australian painter deeply inspired by the natural environment of Broome, The Kimberley. Her works are abstract expressions of local vegetation and fauna celebrating WA colours and themes that Boom Town guests will no doubt find familiar. Her work has been exhibited in numerous regional art awards, including the Hedland Art Awards, Kimberley Art Awards, Cossack Art Awards, and Shinju Art Awards.

GEM is also a painter from the far North West of Australia, whose works depict her captivation with the rugged raw beauty and changing oceans of our home State. Embracing bold colours and intricate detail, she loves to create and reinterpret images of creatures and characters found in our local natural environment.

Bringing the sandgroper vibes to the walls of our Boom Town bo***ir, these artist's works will be on display all Saturday evening 🖼️🦀
