🎵 What is sound healing? 🎵
Sound healing a form of therapy that uses sound frequencies to help balance the mind, body, and spirit. When you listen to specific sound frequencies through headphones, it can stimulate different parts of the brain and promote a sense of relaxation and calmness. This can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and concentration, and even alleviate physical pain

The package includes a 20 minute sound healing session, complete with headphones, a pillow, and a blanket to ensure your comfort, followed by your preference of either a refreshing smoothie or fresh juice.

Sessions are available:
Monday – Friday at 11:45am, 12:30pm and 1:15pm
