Another premium staircase completed this week! 🔥

This open-ended staircase was finished using the beautiful Tranquility – Florence Oak 5mm Luxury Vinyl Plank from .com.au.

This project came with its fair share of challenges. The original concrete staircase and steel balustrade installation didn’t comply with the required building code, which meant the balustrade had to be removed so the staircase could be rebuilt to the correct specifications before the flooring could be installed. The balustrade will now need to be remade to suit the finished floor height.

At Exquisite Flooring, we don’t take shortcuts. Every installation is completed to Australian Standards, building code requirements, and the highest level of workmanship, ensuring a finish that’s not only stunning but built to last.
