📖 Why it's time for you to start journalling! 🖊
Therapeutic journalling is the process of writing down thoughts, experiences and emotions. If you're stressed, anxious, or down, it can help you to make sense of your feelings. Your journal is a great place to really express yourself! 🎨
Therapeutic journalling can serve as a helpful addition to traditional talking therapies. There are loads of creative and effective ways that it can be used in treatment - both during or in between sessions. Techniques might include journalling with photographs, letter writing, timed journal entries and self affirmations. 📝
