Thank you for the important reminder about first aid for burns Fiona Wood Foundation, especially during BBQ gatherings across this long weekend. Safety is indeed paramount.

Wishing everyone a happy and safe Easter weekend with loved ones! 🧡

As BBQs light up and home gatherings increase this long weekend, here's a quick reminder: immediate and correct first aid can dramatically impact patient outcomes.

In case of a burn, cool the affected area under running cold tap water for 20 minutes as soon as possible (effective up to three hours after injury). 🚿 While prevention is crucial, knowing what to do in the event of an accident is equally important.

Whether you're celebrating or just enjoying the break, we hope that you have a happy and safe break with your family and friends. 🧡
