Currently quartz has become popular not only for its beauty, but for all the healing properties that are capable of giving them.

As well as helping us to heal, they also absorb a lot of energy so it is important to clean them regularly.

be careful not all quartz can use the salt and water method due to their composition. Do some research prior to this technique to see if your quartz is suitable.
