A celebration of the Great Southern! For one night only, Small Print welcomes two of WA's most celebrated chefs: Paul Iskov, founder of the acclaimed Fervor, alongside Executive Chef Paolo del Monte, for an immersive dining experience exploring the flavours of the Great Southern.

Think Albany's rugged coastline. Denmark's fertile hinterland. The producers that make this region one of Australia's most acclaimed. Each course will be paired with wines from eight boutique Great Southern wineries, carefully selected to highlight the depth, diversity and character of one of Australia's most acclaimed wine regions.
