Every class we use boxing drills, combined with banter and the occasional burpee to set our days up for success. Making sure that we’re ready to perform not only at work but in our everyday life.

Kick H.I.I.T is one of the best ways to get fit fast. If you’ve done boxing before, you’re already half way. Adding the legs in is a whole new dynamic that’ll take your calorie burn through the roof. All my kickboxing clients are absolutely loving it, come give it a shot 🤜🏽🤛🏽
