When I look back at where I started, I see a woman who was determined to change. And when I look at where I am now, I see someone who DID!
Starting at 111.8kg, it was time for change. Having now got to a comfortable 84 I cannot tell you how fabulous this feels.
This journey has never been about perfection, just progress. It’s about choosing me every single day, fuelling my body with the right nutrition, and showing up – even when it’s hard.
