Took a drive out to .au today to try their gluten free cookies!
It was my first time having them and they were really nice, we got there early so they were warm fresh out of the oven.
My favourite flavour was the red velvet.

I was soooo happy to find had come to Perth. On our trip to the UK earlier this year I tried so much of this range. It’s my favourite. Smells delicious and tastes like real bread. I use the white rolls for my school lunch each day and even had the tiger loaf with soup for dinner last night. Currently sold at . Sometimes I have to ask the staff and they will get me some from the freezer.

Tonight I made homemade churros and they were delicious! I haven’t had churros in such a long time and it was so nice to have them again. The whole family loved them even though they were gluten free ☺️

So I’ve had a few people ask for the recipe.
This is how I did it -
I soaked chicken tenderloins in butter milk in the fridge for an hour or two.
I used about a cup and a half of gluten free, plain flour.
I then added about 2 tablespoons of gluten free pancake mixture.
Then I added a teaspoon of paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
I heated oil in the pan to fry the chicken while I took the buttermilk soaked pieces out, I rolled them in the flour mixture and then fried them until golden brown.
I also made a dipping sauce mixing mayonnaise, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Hope you enjoy 😊
