Picture this.... a collection of books, with fun and colorful covers, standout titles that make you feel excited about the content, and they are sitting on your bookshelf looking more "the part" than actually being read. Welcome to the books in my office!

Reading for me comes with a whole set of challenges (not like I don't have enough already!!). If you find yourself struggling to dive into books or stay engaged like I do, I thought, why not investigate some tips that I can hopefully use and share with those who are like me too!

1️⃣ Choose the Right Book: Find topics and genres that genuinely interest you. When you're excited about the subject matter, reading becomes a joy instead of a chore. Explore different genres, ask for recommendations, and take your time to discover what truly captivates your imagination.

2️⃣ Set a Reading Routine: Make reading a regular part of your daily routine. Carve out dedicated time for reading, whether it's in the morning, during lunch breaks, or before bedtime. Consistency will help create a habit and make it easier to stick to your reading goals.

3️⃣ Create a Comfortable Environment: Find a cozy nook, grab a cup of tea (coffee or gin.... I had to make this more authentic... tea isn't my jam🤣), and create a relaxing environment for your reading sessions. Make sure you have good lighting, eliminate distractions, and let yourself fully immerse in the book's world.

4️⃣ Take Notes and Tag Pages: Enhance your reading experience by jotting down thoughts, ideas, and your favorite quotes. One nifty trick is to tag important or interesting pages with sticky notes. It helps you easily revisit and reflect upon key moments, making your reading journey more interactive and memorable! ⬅️I HAVE ACTUALLY DONE THIS AND IT WORKS!
