There's a gap between the woman you are today and the woman you're becoming.

Vision boards can highlight the gap.
They show you the dream...
🏃‍♀️the finish line
✅ the outcome
💭 the distant version of you.

A Becoming Board closes that gap.

A Becoming Board focuses on your identity, not just outcomes.
A Becoming Board focuses on the habits, energy, and ways of showing up that make change feel real and reachable in your actual life.

The woman who laces up her shoes and runs 3x a week. Not the marathon finish line.

That's the difference between dreaming and becoming.

And that's what we're building together on May 2nd.

Fail to prepare, prepare to fail!

Earlier this year I created my Becoming Board to set my intention for who I'm becoming over the next 12 months.

I haven't achieved all my goals yet, but this is about long term behaviour change, not just a one and done. If you're ready to upgrade to your 2.0 over the next 12 months, I'm hosting another round of my Becoming Board Workshop soon.

I landed in Kathmandu ready for the adventure of a lifetime, opened my phone to find: ‘You’re too much for me.’

Had a little cry, laced up my boots, set off anyway. Not doing it was not an option.

What followed was 12 days offline doing some unintentional but invaluable self-discovery.

Here’s what I didn’t realise at the time: that breakup text was actually perfect timing. It meant I spent those days reflecting on who I actually am, not running imaginary scenarios about who I might become with him in the picture.

This is why reflection comes before future self thinking.

You can’t intentionally become someone new if you don’t know who you are right now.

When you’re clear on your core identity - the parts that don’t change with circumstances - you can design who you want to become with precision.

Most women skip this step. They jump straight into visualising far off distant dreams, without understanding their foundation.

Not the women who join my Becoming Board Workshops. We bridge the gap between current identity and future self using frameworks that create lasting transformation.

Your energy is too valuable to waste on doom-scrolling.
What would change if you had internal stability that didn’t depend on external circumstances? 💎

I’ve been thinking a lot about this since that co-working day 🧠

We talk about overwhelm like it’s a personal failing, when so often it’s just a working memory issue. Too many open loops, too many things competing for attention, too much floating around in our heads at once.

Watching my friend move everything out of her brain and into a system reminded me how powerful external memory actually is. Not as a productivity trick, but as cognitive relief. Once the brain trusts nothing important is being lost, it can finally focus on what’s in front of it.

Writing things down doesn’t make you less capable. It gives your attention somewhere to land 🎯

If this resonated, you’re probably carrying more than you need to 🧭
