Breathe Into Being
A guided breath reset for body, mind and spirit.

This is a space to slow the body down before the weekend opens out.

To gently release what has been sitting beneath the surface.
To allow the breath to do what it was always created to do
restore, regulate, bring you back into alignment.

Together we will move through breath that steadies the nervous system, breath that creates space where there has been pressure, breath that softens what has felt tight or held.

There is nothing to perform here.
Nothing to get right.

Only an invitation to come as you are and let your breath meet you there.

You may find yourself leaving lighter, clearer,
more anchored in yourself as you step into the days ahead.

All are welcome whether this is your first time or you have journeyed with us before.

A mat or towel
A blanket and pillow for comfort

Last night wasn’t just a fight.
It was the culmination of unseen work.

Honoured to stand in ‘s corner as his breathwork coach and witness what true preparation looks like.
Not just physically, but mentally, neurologically, spiritually.

This is where the fight really begins.

Before the walkout.
Before the lights.
Before the first bell.

We moved through NSDR to bring the system down.
Slowed everything.
Regulated the nervous system.

Then focus breathing; sharpening attention, anchoring presence.

Then we built it back up.
Energising the body.
Priming the system.
Dialling in that edge.
Calm, but ready.

Because performance isn’t just intensity.
It’s control.

And Teina carried that into the ring with precision.

Massive respect to his coach, World-class in his craft.
The level of detail, composure, and leadership in that corner was something special to witness.

The atmosphere at the Casino was electric.
Family. Friends. Community.
All behind him.

And that walkout…
live! It set the tone in a way that you could feel in your chest.

This is what happens when preparation meets presence.

Proud of you, brother.
You didn’t just win the fight… you embodied the work.

And always…grateful for Wren, for the grounding, the presence, and the support behind it all.

The fight starts in the mind.
Then it moves through the body.
