Just some thoughts… 👀

I find that when people view exercise as just a tool for weight loss or aesthetic satisfaction, it’s all too easy to skip workouts and lose motivation.

BUT, when it’s thought of as HEALTH? Everything shifts.

Training becomes a wonderful way to care for mental health and lift mood,
a chance to strengthen bones,
muscles, and metabolism,
And a key to aging with strength and longevity.

I also see it as a boost for my brain
and as a precious opportunity to constantly build on discipline and determination.

With these changes in perspective, I see with clients that it becomes much harder to skip a workout, give up, or feel disconnected from exercise.

The clients that “get” this are the clients that I see making real, true, long term progress that’s sustainable.

Why would you wanna miss out on all that cool s**t!!!?!

Just some things to think about when you’re not feeling motivated to move, (which is so normal btw) But I’m telling you…the pros outweigh the cons every. Single. Time.
