This week, 27 May – 3 June, is National Reconciliation Week and this year's theme is All In.

We pause to reflect on the shared history, culture, and future of all Australians and on the ongoing journey toward reconciliation with First Nations peoples.

At PlanCare, we are committed to supporting older Australians from all backgrounds to live with dignity, choice, and independence, including First Nations Elders and communities whose connection to Country, culture, and family is central to their wellbeing.

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we live and work, and we pay our respects to Elders past, present, and emerging. 💛❤️🖤

Today we are celebrating International Nurses Day and we could not think of a better reason to pause and say: thank you!

To our incredible nurses who show up every day with warmth, skill, and unwavering dedication. You make older Australians feel seen, safe, and cared for in the comfort of their own homes. That is no small thing.

We see you, we appreciate you, and we are so proud to have you in the PlanCare family 🩵
