The ASX 200 rose 1.9 per cent or 134.1 points to 7075.1 on Friday but posted a weekly loss of 1.8 per cent. The focus has been those short-term risks around inflation, monetary tightening, the war in Ukraine and Chinese growth and remains high and still point to more downside in share markets before they bottom.

All four major banks posted gains, National Australia Bank added 1 per cent to $31.14, ANZ firmed 0.9 per cent to $25.39, Westpac rose 0.9 per cent to $24 and Commonwealth Bank edged 0.1 per cent higher to $102.28.

Gold miners were among the biggest laggards on Friday as the precious metal’s price dropped to $US1822 an ounce. Gold Road Resources fell 2.3 per cent to $1.25 and Evolution Mining tumbled 0.6 per cent to $3.43.

Santos climbed 3.2 per cent to $8.05 and Woodside Petroleum rose 2.7 per cent to $30.40.

大宗商品板块 - 尽管大宗商品价格上涨 2% 至每吨 145.80 美元，但主要矿商也出现亏损。必和必拓下跌 1.4% 至$46.80，力拓下跌 2.1% 至 $109.26，Fortescue 收盘持平于 $20.83。
