Taking a little break. ☀️🥨

Heading back to Munich to spend time with family, recharge the batteries, and gather a little inspiration from the home of the pretzel.

I'll also be using this time to clear my head and hopefully find the right new home for Laib, so I can come back stronger than ever.

Current state of my brain... 🤪

One week of food regulations, emails, phone calls, paperwork... and trying to keep up with two kids on school holidays. My brain has been all over the place! 😅

The good news? Laib Bakery is back! 🥳

I'll be baking limited quantities while I work towards moving into a commercial bakery space.
