DEVELOPMENT UPDATE | Alexander Heights shopping centre

We are excited to announce that work is set to begin on improving Alexander Heights Shopping Centre.

The redevelopment will expand the Centre’s strong food offering and revitalise the amenity for the local community. The works will include:
• A brand new dedicated alfresco piazza area, complete with a vibrant children’s playground
• Exciting new fresh food and dining retailers
• Fantastic new entrances and updated mall areas
• A fresh new-look Woolworths Supermarket offering even more choice and convenience, with their Direct-to-Boot service
• Even more convenient car-parking with shade and solar panels
• An upgraded external façade and walkways

We are committed to adding value to the local area, and minimising disruption while we undertake these works.

The project is expected to create dozens of local jobs during construction, and the Centre will continue to back local employment with more retail, hospitality and customer service jobs supported following the opening.

RETAIL UPDATE | Two Rocks Village

This week we started work on our giant community mural at Two Rocks Village, led by talented artist Linzi Carter Artist, in collaboration with the year 6 cohort at Two Rocks Primary School, and supported by Woolworths.

The vibrant mural hopes to celebrate the unique coastal identity of Two Rocks and the greater Yanchep region in WA, featuring locally-found marine forms including abalone shells, and the iconic Western Australian Rock Lobster.
