Designing a life is much like designing a SPACE. Create the composition, move on what is not of value to us anymore. Bring into alignment the values that make us shine and bring JOY. See the contrast that makes us human not perfect. Try to be balanced.
And create the WHITE SPACE for reflection and quiet time.

Thought I would share my insights from an opinion piece in todays West Australian. Whilst I don't condone the use of any drugs or alcohol, what I have seen in clinical practice over the last 15 years is that Alcohol consistently causes more harm than any other drug.
This year I celebrate 19 years in recovery.
