This week, our class spent some time learning outside the usual four walls. It started with an observation walk through the local community and nature, noticing the small details we often walk past without seeing. We came back together for some movement and stretching. We closed the day with a guided meditation, accompanied by singing bowls. A quiet way to bring everyone's focus back before heading home. Moments like these are a reminder that wellbeing, mindfulness and connection to community are just as much a part of learning as anything covered in a textbook.
