It’s cough season… and your pelvic floor feels it too!
Every sneeze or cough spikes pressure in your abdomen, pushing down on those muscles that keep everything supported.

Here’s a few tips on how to protect your pelvic floor this season:
- Use “The Knack” technique (gently contract before you cough/sneeze)
- Hug a pillow or support your abdomen
- Exhale instead of breath-holding when coughing
- Stay hydrated & avoid constipation
- Rest and reconnect with gentle movement
