Mentall
Session 2 of Men in the Hood wrapped up this afternoon in Gosnells — and once again I’m reminded what happens when men are given a safe space, genuine connection, and permission to be real.
Today’s session was built around honest conversation and self-reflection, with rotating pairings and guided questions designed to help men slow down, open up, and better understand themselves and each other.
And the truth is… men want this. Not perfection. Not pressure. Just real connection. There was openness. There was vulnerability. There was laughter. There were powerful insights.
Really proud of the energy the men are bringing into these spaces and the willingness they’re showing to lean into the process.
Session 3 — we go deeper. 👊

Over the last few months, I’ve been quietly building something I believe is needed.
The Better Man Series — a guided 5-part men’s development journey.
Built around honest reflection, meaningful conversation, and practical growth.
Together, we’ll explore:
what we hide behind,
what we carry,
what truth we need to face,
where repair begins,
and the standard we choose to live by.
This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about showing up honestly — and taking the next step.
If that resonates, I’d love to have you in the room.
Intentionally limited to 12 men.

Control your thoughts or they’ll control you.
Not every thought deserves your attention.
Choose what you focus on.
That’s where strength is built.
Change inside. Improve outside.
