At 37, our daughter Samantha has decided to begin her journey into hairdressing after years of working behind the scenes at Dale James & Co helping with reception, marketing, and keeping the salon running smoothly.

Starting a new career later in life is not easy. It takes courage, dedication, passion, and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone. But Samantha has all of that and more.
