With this year's National Reconciliation Week theme being "Now More Than Ever," it is important to recognise that reconciliation is an ongoing journey, crucial for forging a positive future and inclusive community. We are proud to support and be part of this year's Reconciliation Week.

This morning, Element Advisory arranged a breakfast and attended the virtual National Reconciliation Week breakfast, which featured inspiring and impactful online presentations and performances. We are also proud to be part of the Reconciliation Week Street Banner Program with Renita Brown Nungurrayi as the featured artist.

We recently had our second Reconciliation Action Plan approved and our key learnings from our initial reconciliation journey have highlighted the importance of integrating our reconciliation activities into our core business and through our partners. We are committed to providing the necessary support for each individual and the collective community as part of reconciliation.
