So what happened after I quit MyFitnessPal πŸ€”

(save this post for later)

There was a lot of back and forth, confusion, uncertainty and fear. But I shifted my focus and reminded myself, over and over again that a restrictive dieting and allowing an app to dictate my consumption wasn't the answer (even though it felt safe)

I decided to turn inwards and question and explore my relationship with food. Challenging food rules, trying fear foods, going out and eating and so much more

This may sound easier said then done, but if you give yourself the time and space to work on your relationship with food. You'll really see a change in the way you speak, eat and feel about food

You don't have to wait till 2023, to start healing your relationship with food. You can start right now!

I've been helping women stop obsessing over & feeling out of control with food & make peace with their body. Through my Path To Food Peace Program ❀️

It's a 12 week 1:1 virtual coaching program, supporting you with customised tools and resources to help you shift your relationship with food and finally achieve FOOD FREEDOM

Holiday gatherings can sometimes be hard to navigate πŸ₯΄

Diet culture is so ingrained in our society and it can become a topic that gets brought up over the table as a way to bond

If you are working on healing your relationship with food, you may need to set some boundaries when it comes to talking about diet culture

It's okay to step away from certain conversations, change the topic and even not respond if you don't feel comfort

If you feel as though you need support navigating yourself through this period of time πŸŽ„
